Police felicitates Govt Teacher In Budgam

Srinagar : SSP Budgam, Tahir Saleem felicitated Amrik Singh a Govt. School teacher for his dedication towards his profession and affection for his students.
According to a police statement issued here on Tuesday SSP Budgam while appreciating the Govt. teacher Amrik Singh congratulated him for his dedication towards his duties and his interest in teaching which left students in incessant tears upon his transfer from Govt. Middle School.
It merits a mention here that recently a video went viral on social media wherein a group of students were seen crying incessantly upon hearing the transfer of their teacher Amrik Singh from their school.
SSP Budgam while presenting a memento and an appreciation letter to the teacher Amrik Singh said that the wails and tears of innocent school children speak loud about the affection for the said teacher because of dedication towards his profession. Amrik Singh thanked SSP Budgam for this good will gesture.
SSP Budgam advised the honoured teacher to stay focused in his profession and continue his good work and contribution towards nation building.
On the occasion DySP Hqrs Budgam, DySP DAR DPL Budgam and other senior officers were also present.
