Kupwara :On the instructions of District Development Commissioner Kupwara, Khalid Jahangir, the Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Kupwara on Saturday visited Batkoot village in Handwara Sub Division for conduct of physical verification of works executed by PHE Division Handwara.
It was given out that during the course of physical verification the ADDC observed that the works have been executed and found functional by way of providing drinking water to the habitation.
