DC B’pora visits Naidkhai, interacts with PRIs, General Public, takes Review of developmental works

B’pora :The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Bandipora, Dr.Owais Ahmed Wednesday visited Naidkhai Area of sumbal sub division to take first hand appraisal of basic facilities.
The DC was accompanied by Chairman District Development Council BandiporaAbGani Bhat, SDM SumbalDr.Bashir Lone and other concerned.
During the visit the DC reviewed basic facilities available to public and also inspected ongoing work of flood spill channel.
Dr Owais also visited NTPHC to review its functioning. He expressed satisfaction over the functioning and facilities of NTPHC.
He said some new equipments has been provided to NTPHC for smooth functioning and for providing best Health care facilities to public.
During the visit, the DC also inspected various ongoing developmental works and directed the concerned to enhance the pace of work for timely completion of projects.
He urged the PRIs to take review and keep track of developmental works in order to complete the works in stipulated time.
Regarding under construction Naidkhai Bridge, Dr.Owais said that all the bottlenecks in the construction of bridge has been removed and all other remaining work will be completed within days for making the bridge functional.
The DC on the occasion also interacted with genral public and PRIs to take feedback of various services and developmental works.
People of the concerned areas presented various issues before the DC who assured redressal of all genuine grievances on priority.
