Change of Land Use: DLC approved 3 cases in Rajouri

Rajouri : A meeting of the District Level Committee on change of land use Thursday met under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner, VikasKundal to discuss and approve the applications received online from the applicants from across the district.
The committee after a threadbare discussion approved 3 cases of change of conversion of agricultural land for non-agricultural purposes.
The DC directed concerned departments to ensure timely issuance of NOCs to the applicants after proper verification of documents and rules under the Land Conversion Regulations, 2022.
He enquired about the status of NOCs being issued in favour of applicants, the applications received online till date, besides their reporting and follow up status by the concerned departments.
DFO Rajouri, Arshdeep Singh; ACR, Imran Rashid Kataria; GM DIC, Ashwini Sharma; SE Hydraulics, JP Singh; SE PWD(R&B), Nissar Hussain; CAO, Sohan Singh; ExEn PDD Rajouri, Mohd Hasan and other concerned officers attended the meeting.
