DDC Member Khag along with Cheif Patron Tosamadian Dev Fourm visits Tosamaidan

Srinagar:For a firsthand appraisal about the availability of essential services at Tosamadian tourist destination DDC member Khag Sheikh Nasir, on Wednesday visited Tosamadian and inspected the facilities available there.
According to a statement issued by Tosamaidan Development Forum the DDC member Khag was also accompanied by Gh Mohi Ud Din Chief Patron Tosamadian Development Fourm. On this occasion the DDC member took stock of availability of essential services, health care facilities for the livestock and Shepherds and migratory families, Gh Mohi Ud Din the Chief Patron Tosamaidan Development Forum briefed the DDC member about the availability of medical facilities for the livestock and urges for the preparation of DPR for establishment of livestock units in the Grazing land of Tosamadian for the emergency situationsas last month snow and heavy rain have done significant damage to the livestock at Tosamadian area.
Interacting with the people on the occasion, the DDC Member said that the District Administration is committed to promote Tosamadian as one of the world best winter and summer destinations in entire Jammu & Kashmir and urged the Government to ensure that tourists visiting Tosamadian do not face any inconvenience and every possible support is provided to visiting tourists. DDC member Sheikh Nasir appreciated the role of Tosamadian development fourm and it’s work to bring this destination on the world touristmap . On the occasion Advisor Tosamaidan development forum Gulzar Ahmad said that Forum is thankful to Deputy Commissioner Budgam Shabaz Mirza for his efforts and hoped that the future of this destination would be bright. The Forum urged the Government to ensure that long-term socio-economic benefits reach all community stakeholders.
