DC Kathua reviews implementation of online services

Kathua:Deputy Commissioner Kathua Rahul Pandey Wednesday convened a meeting of officers of line departments to review the implementation of departmental services through online mode as part of Rapid Assessment Services (RAS) system.
While reviewing the status of these online services, the DC directed all officers to ensure that all the services are available via online mode only and offline processing of cases for the services offered online should be dispensed with completely.
The DC called for proper monitoring of the online services and also took their department wise comprehensive review himself. He also called upon the concerned departments to raise awareness among the general masses regarding the online services.
The DC urged the concerned officers to train their staff while coordinating with the District Informatics Officer, NIC. He also called for involving Community Service Centres and Khidmat Centres to further facilitate ease of online services to the citizens, besides directing for regulation of fees charged by the service providers.
