NCC Cadets of GDC Reasi shine in annual training camp at Jammu

Reasi :The second JK Girls Battalian Jammu has organised a ten day annual training camp for school and college students, which began from 9th of June and culminated on 18th of June 2022 in which different Colleges and other institutions of J&K took part in the camp.
During the camp, cadets are physically trained for activities like Weapon training, March Pass, & Map Reading. Apart from this, cadets were also given the opportunity to participate in sports and cultural activities.
Under the Sports category, Government General Zorawar Singh Degree College Reasi won Three Gold Medals in volleyball. Students who bring laurels to the college are: Vasudha, Priya Bali and Pallvi Thakur.
A felicitation function was Tuesday organised on the College Campus, where College Principal Dr.ChanderShekhar encouraged cadets to participate in co-curricular activities and bring laurels to the college in the future as well.
On this occasion, Prof Sunil Magotra (NCC Officer Boys), Prof.Norin Akhtar (NCC Officer Girls), Prof.PalvinderKumari (NSS P.O) and Shashi Sharma (PTI) were present.
