G’bl :School of Legal Studies (SLS), Central University of Kashmir (CUK) organised a special lecture by Justice (Retd) D S Naqvi, for the students at Tulmulla campus here on Monday.
Justice (Retd) D S Naqvi deliberated upon various legal issues including criminal investigation, taking of evidence and the principles of general application in Law and the Justice delivery system. The lecture was followed by a question answer session, wherein the students interacted with the speaker.
Dean School of Legal Studies, Prof. Farooq Ahmad Mir, delivered the keynote address and introduced the speaker. Department Coordinator, Mr. Bilal Ahmad Ganai, proposed the vote of thanks.
