IR 18th Bn organizes seminar cum workshop in Jammu

Jammu: A Seminar cum workshop was on Friday organised by Commandant of IRP 18th Bn. Kulbir Singh SSP at Press Conference Hall of District Police Line Jammu. Moto of the Seminar was to aware the Jawans about nutritional value in their diet and how to map self-motivation through Psychological Behavior.
According to a police statement issued on Friday the lecture on Nutritional Value delivered by DYSP. Mrs Albeena Malik SDPO Railway Jammu whereas the lecture on Psychological Mapping for self-motivation was delivered byDr.PallaviSachdeva Assistant Professor, Department of lifelong learning, University of Jammu.
The inaugural speech was given by Kulbir Singh who emphasized on the need of Proper balanced diet for Jawans and how to keep themselves motivated during hectic duties and stressful environment. DYSP Albeena Malik proposed a proper diet plan for the Jawans and apprised them how to keep themselves fit and agile which is the need of the hour of the police department. Dr.PallaviSachdeva discussed withJawans about mental health and how to keep themselves stress free and motivated in today’s lifestyle.
A large number of jawans of the battalion actively participated in the workshop and performed many activities which will surely increase their motivation, confidence and knowledge about their diet and mental health besides will also help them both on personal and professional level.
In the end Memento was presented by Commandant to both the Chief Guests as a token of gratitude for their lectures and mentorship.
