Markaz Adab-w-saqafat relesses poetry collections in Gool Ramban

Gool Ramban: A scintillating Cultural event was organised by Kashmir Markaz Adab-w-saqafat at picturesque Gool town in district Ramban . The function was presided by veteran writer and poet of the country , Prof.Mohd Zaman Azurda .
Two books ” wanij wath” collection of Kashmiri poems of Mrs Hajra Parwaz and a book ” that sublime feeling ” comprising english poems ” of Nahida Farheen were released on the occasion. Ab Rashid Shaad ,Yunus Waheed and inayat Gul read papers on the critical appreciation of the newly released books .
Prof. Zaman Azurda lauded the cultural taste and poetic sensitivies of both the writers adding that contents of the poems posses all the qualities of a good poetry . He said Gool area as a whole has tremendous talent and was also rich in culture and literary history adding that need of the hour was to channelize the literary and educational potential of the youth . He said poetry collections released in the function would go a long way to inspire youth of the area.
