AYUSH Kulgam organises Yoga session at HS Nonmai

K’gam: The Department of AYUSH Kulgam Monday organized a Yoga Camp in context with the celebration of iconic Yoga sessions at Govt High School Nonmai here in presence of Headmaster.
Students and staff members participated in this Yoga session and different Asanas were conducted by Yoga instructors during the event.
On the occasion, District Nodal Officer Kulgam gave awareness regarding the importance of Yoga and its benefits on human health.
