EPFO Regional Office, Jammu conducts “Nidhi Aapke Nikat” for June 2022

Jammu: “NidhiAapkeNikat” for the month of June, 2022 was Friday conducted by Employees Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) Regional Office, Srinagar for the stakeholders of Jammu & Kashmir.
EPFO is servicing the entire area from Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh with regard to settlement of claims, redressal of grievances, and facilitating stakeholders and so on.
Considering the large number of grievances and to ensure service delivery at doorstep, various online initiatives of EPFO such as balance enquiry, filing of online claims including transfer and advance claims and members’ basic details were explained with hands on demonstration.
Karan Singh from M/s. Jammu Auto Mark Pvt. Ltd. With the plea that his PF claim was not getting settled due to technical error, the Regional P.F Commissioner, Rizwan Uddin advised him to file online PF claim as the said technical issue has been resolved.
SomDutt from M/s. Tilak Raj Contractor and Anil Chaudhary from M/s. Jamkash Trucking Pvt. Ltd. Had filed joint declaration request for corrections in their member profile, which were updated immediately and accordingly.
NavdeepManhas, an employee of M/s. Jammu Ford and Jagga Ram, an employee of M/s. Hotel Asia were not having their UAN details. Using the IT tools of EPFO, UAN of the members were traced out and provided to the members and NavdeepManhas was further advised to submit Joint Declaration
Form for updation/ correction in his UAN. Sanjeeta Devi from M/s. Diligent HR Services appeared with a request to update missing details in her UAN, she was advised by the RPFC – I to submit Joint Declaration Form to make necessary updation.
Before that Rattan Lal who has worked in M/s B D Security from 2015 and had left service there, three years ago, was not able to know his UAN. The same was provided to him at his duty point at Ansal Glaze, Sainik Colony. Friday a joint declaration form would be provided to him to furnish missing details. Thereafter Rattan Lal will be able to withdraw his amount.
The endeavor of “NidhiApkeNikat” programme has always been to redress the maximum number of cases/grievances the same day or at the earliest.
