Police host farewell function for outgoing officer in Budgam

B’gam: Police in Budgam hosted an impressive farewell function at DPL Budgam for the outgoing officer Inspector Sajad Bashir upon his transfer from the District.
According to a police statement issued here on Wednesday SSP Budgam Tahir Saleem threw light on the tenure of departing officer and commended his supervisory skills, professionalism and decision making during toughest situations. He appreciated the work punctuality, highest integrity and dedication of the officer towards his duties.
While speaking on the occasion, the departing officer shared his experience during his tenure in district. He extended his gratitude to all ranks of District Police Budgam for their cooperation and the honour. On the occasion, Dy SP DAR Owais Rashid, DySP Ops Budgam Shri Ajaz Malik, SDPO Magam Mohammad Saleem and other senior officers were also present. Later on, the departing officer was given mementos and gifts as a goodwill gesture and officers from Budgam Police extended best wishes to him for future assignment.
