B’la: The Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, Government of India has started celebration of Iconic Week commenced from 06.06.2022 and will continue till 12th of this Month under “AZADI KA AMRIT MAHOTSAV” to commemorate the 75th year of independence.
In this ongoing Programme, an Outreach Campaign has been organized Wednesday at District Level wherein multiple activities have been conducted by branches/ Financial Literacy Centers and CFLs to create awareness on various social security schemes and mobilizing beneficiaries under various credit schemes.
In Baramulla, the main function was held in the conference hall J&K Bank Zonal Office Amargarh Sopore which was organized by Lead District Manager and during which rewards and recognition certificates were given to various Branches and Staff.
Meanwhile, Various Credit Sanction letters under various centrally sponsored schemes including PMEGP were also distributed among the beneficiaries.
Lead District Manager Baramulla while speaking on the occasion said that the programme is being conducted across the country which aimsto make the celebration reach all parts of the country with maximum participation of staff and customers and public at large.
President Municipal Council Baramulla Tauseef Raina, Zonal Head North Kashmir Arshad Hussain, Accounts officer Showkat Ali Khan, District Lead Manager Baramulla Javid Rashid, District Heads of banks, Branch Managers, Beneficiaries/ entrepreneurs of various schemes among other concerned were present on the occasion.
