ROC J&K to participate in ‘Iconic Week’ organised by Ministry of Corporate Affairs

Srinagar: The twin offices of Registrar of Companies located in Jammu and Srinagar are scheduled to participate in the ‘iconic week’ of ‘AzadikaAmrutMohatsav’ organised by the Ministry of Finance and Corporate affairs between June 6 to 12 via virtual mode.
On the second day of the event, an Investor Oath in hybrid mode will be observed in 75 locations across the country including in Jammu and Srinagar ROC offices.
SudhirPhaye will participate from Jammu office and Incharge Srinagar office, HaamidBukhari shall join from Kashmir via virtual mode.
In this weeklong event, apart from other activities and programmes, a film on Journey of Corporate Governance in India will be telecasted across all the locations.
It has further been said that all the related institutions of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs will participate in the event along with the professional institutions like Company Secretaries, cost accountants and chartered accountants Institutes.
