Jammu: Jammu based reserved category employees working in Kashmir valley here on Thursday staged a protest in the winter capital of the Union Territory and demanded their safe postings.
Reports said the protesters carried out a protest rally in Jammu during which they raised slogans in favour of their demand for safe posting.
The protesters said that the employees of Reserve category, who are working in Kashmir, are soft targets of militants in the Valley.
They said that Jammu and Kashmir government should consider reserve category employees at par with Kashmiri Pandit employees and they should be given safe postings
