Bhadarwah: The Assistant Electoral Registration Officer (Tehsildar) BhadarwahShoket Hayat on the direction of District Election Officer, Thursday convened a meeting of BLOs here at Dak Bungalow to discuss rationalization of polling stations and other issues requiring attention, consequent upon Delimitation of constituencies.
Earlier on May 31, a meeting of all EROs and AEROs was held at Doda under the chairmanship of DEO Doda whereby they were directed to submit detailed proposals for reallocation of polling stations strictly as per the norms set by Election Authorities.
The AERO directed the BLOs to prepare list of polling stations with regard to the number of voters and modification or up-gradation required therein.
The meeting was attended by all BLOs of Tehsil Bhadarwah.
