DIO hosts media interaction at Katra

Reasi| : Department of Information and public Relations, Reasi Wednesday hosted an interaction/ meeting with media persons here at Tehsil Katra of District Reasi.
Media persons representing different Print/ electronic media highlightedissues being faced by them while performing their duty. They suggested restarting the Tehsil Information Centre at Katra, Construction of a Media Complex etc. Suggestions were also sought from the media persons for the dissemination of information regarding the developmental activities being carried out in the district.
During the interaction, the Media persons shared their suggestions and opinions and thanked to DIO for arranging the interaction.
DIO Rajinder Kumar Digra said that both the print and electronic media were playing a vital role in getting the public feedback on the implementation of government welfare schemes and other activities.
