YSS Kishtwar organises Yoga session at GMS Gulab Garh

Kishtwar : A yoga session was Friday organized by Youth Services and Sports Department at Government Middle School GulabGarh (Padder) under the aegis of AzadiKa Amrit Mahotsav.
Yoga instructor Narinder Kumar (PET), besides 115 participants performed yoga asanas during the session.
The session was inaugurated by Head Master of the host School.
Speaking at the occasion, in charge ZPEO Ram Loki said that practicing Yoga was extremely beneficial for people of different age groups. “Yoga helps in improving the strength, flexibility, improves respiratory, circulatory and digestive system.
Instructor Narinder Kumar said that total 10 asanas, including Tarasana, Virakshasana, Chakraasana, Trikoneasana, Hastpadasan, padmasana, vajrasana, mudrasana, Dhanurasana and Ardhamatsyenasan were performed during the session.
The instructor apprised the participants that if a person performs yoga asanas on routine basis then he has no need to perform another physical exercise.
