SDM Mendhar reviews functioning of deptt’s, delivery of public services

Poonch : Sub Divisional Magistrate, Mendhar, Jahangir Khan on Tuesday took a detailed review of functioning of subdivision level departments, ongoing development works and delivery of public services, here at a meeting held in the meetinghall of Degree College Mendhar.
The meeting discussed progress of developmental works, land acquisition issues, compensation cases, functioning of health and Educational institutions, PHE and PDD.
The sub Divisional heads apprised the SDM about the working and achievements. The SDM directed the PHE department to prepare a duty roster of the employeesfor smooth functioning of the water lift scheme so that the public do nothave to facethe problem. He further said the tehsil level committee shall be constituted for the inspection of water lift scheme work.
The SDM directed the Deputy CEO education to submit the details of institutions like; number of schools, number of enrollments, number of dropouts etc.
He directed the health authorities to maintain cleanliness and provide medicine to the public which are available in the hospitals/PHCs and do their tests in the hospital and also provide efficient health services.
Further all officers /officials were advised to adhere to the instructions and laxity on part of anyone shall be viewed seriously.
The meeting was attended by Principal Govt; Degree College Mendhar, Dr. Mohd Azam, Deputy CEO Education, BMO Mendhar, Dr.Parvaiz Khan, XEN PMGSY, Tehsildar, Mankote, Mendhar, Balakote, CDPO Mendhar, AEE, PHE, PDD, Irrigation, PMGSY, PWD, , TSWO, BDO, Mendhar, Mankote, Balakote, Range Officer Forest Subdivision Mendhar, ZEO Mankote, SDO Horticulture & Agriculture besides all concerned officers were present.
