DDC Chairperson conducts extensive tour of Panchayat Gandala

Udhampur : To assess the status and progress of ongoing developmental works undertaken by different departments in the District, District Development Council Chairperson, UdhampurLal Chand, along with BDC Chairman, Balwan Singh, conducted an exhaustive visit of PanchayatGandala and inspected the ongoing developmental works there.
During the tour, the DDC Chairperson also visited Government Middle School Lower Gandala& Government High School Gandala. He also interacted with the PRIs, general public of the area, staff members and students of the schools.
During the interaction, the PRIs and the general public of the area put forth their issues and demands and sought renovation of school buildings, Road connectivity, meeting the shortage of drinking water supply, provision of separate toilet facilities for staff and the students. Responding to the issues and demands, the DDC Chairperson assured them that their genuine issues will be redressed on utmost priority.
Among others, SarpanchPanchayatTirshi, Pawan Singh, Krishan Singh, Ex Sarpanch, Channi Ram, Mansa Ram, Darshan Kumar were also accompanying the DDC Chairperson.
