Udhampur : The Rent Assessment Committee Friday approved 13 cases at its meeting held here at Conference Hall DC Office Complex under the chairmanship of Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Rafiq Ahmed Jaral.
After detailed discussion, the rent assessment for private buildings pertaining to Social welfare, Health, Labour Department, FCS&CA, CAPD, Fire & Emergency Services, GDC Dudu-Basabtgarh and ICDS were approved by the Committee.
The ACR asked the concerned officers to expedite the process to clear the pending rent Assessment cases in a time-bound manner.
