B’pora :In Consonance to action plan of 2022 and directions of Member Secretary JK Legal Services Authority, National LokAdalat was organized in District court complex BandiporaSaturday under the Chairmanship of District Legal Services Authority Bandipora (Pr. District & Session Judge Bandipora) Mohammad Ibrahim Wani.
The LokAdalat Comprising of four benches discussed and settledcases of property disputes, departmental cases, civil and criminal cases besides the cases of matrimonial nature.
Moreover, different benefits were distributed by ARTO & CMO on spot while disposing of other public utility matters which were long pending before their office.
Total no of 985 Cases were taken up in the National LokAdalat out of which 706 Cases were settled amicably and Rs.2,44,720/ was realized as fine.
