DC inaugurates mega mutation camp at Qaimoh, prog witnesses overwhelming public response

Kulgam: The Tehsil Administration Qaimoo Wednesday organized a mega mutation camp at Tehsil office Qaimoh, here.
The camp was inaugurated by the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Dr.Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat. The programme witnessed overwhelming response from people and Revenue authorities were seen abuzz in registering mutations of people in the camp.
On the occasion, the DC said that these mutation camps are being organized to facilitate people to get hassle-free mutations at their door steps conveniently.
He added that slew of measures have been taken to provide smooth revenue services to the public and all PatwarKhanas have been made functional across the district.
People now have easy access to their land records through the Land Record Information System portal, he added.
ACR Kulgam, Mir Imtiyaz-ul-Aziz also highlighted the importance of mutations and added that these mutation camps will be organised in all Tehsils and Nayabats and these mutations in turn will facilitate people to get their proper and exact revenue records for various purposes.
