Srinagar: Inspector general of police Kashmir zone, Vijay Kumar on Sunday said that Pakistani terrorist Haider was involved in two terror crimes in Bandipora, in which three policemen were killed.
Kashmir zone police, while quoting IGP on its official Twitter handle said that Pakistani terrorist Haider was involved in 2 recent terror crimes in Bandipora.
He said that in the incident on November 10, 2021, SgCT Mohd Sultan & CT Fayaz attained martyrdom.
“In the second incident on February 11, 2022, SPO Zubair Ahmad attained martyrdom and 03 policemen including 01 ASI of BSF were injured,” he said.
He added that second killed local terrorist Shahbaz Shah of Kulgam was involved in killing of a civilian belonging to minority community namely Satish Kumar Singh on April 04, 2022 in Kakran area of Kulgam.
Earlier, two terrorists of LeT including Haider were killed in an encounter in Cheyan Devsar area of Kulgam in the wee hours today. (KNS)
