Handwara: Sheema Nabi Qasba (IPS) on Saturday assumed the charge of Superintendent of Police (SP) Handwara.
On assuming charge as SP Handwara, Sheema Nabi Qasba was received by senior officers of Handwara Distt Police Administration. She was also presented the guard of honour by a contingent of J&K Police of Handwara.
After assuming the charge, Sheema Nabi Qasba convened an introductory meeting with the police officers and impressed upon them to work with dedication and zeal to fulfill the aspirations of the people.
She was also welcomed by Civil Society and traders federation Handwara. Before her posting as SP Handwara Sheema Nabi Qasba has held the positions of SP East in Srinagar district and district SP Rajouri in Jammu province.
