Cop injured in Srinagar attack succumbs

Srinagar: A policeman was killed after he was fired at by unknown gunmen at Ali Jan road in Srinagar, officials said Saturday.
Official sources said that unknown gunmen fired upon at an off-duty police man who was identified as Ghulam Hassan, working as driver at PCR helpline 112.
The police man was rushed to SKIMS Soura, where he succumbed to his injuries, they said. “Doctors at the hospital tried their best to save the injured policemen but he couldn’t survive,” hospital sources said
