Ramban Admin greets people on Eid-ul-Fitr & Parshuram Jayanti

Ramban : District Administration Ramban has extended heartiest greetings to the people on the auspicious occasion of the Eid –Ul-Fitr and ParshuramJayanti here Monday.
In his message, the Deputy Commissioner, Mussarat Islam hoped that the holy day will bring peace, happiness and prosperity in our lives. He said that the auspicious occasions would strengthen the bond of brotherhood and harmony among the people.
Doda: DFCO, LMD conduct intensive market checking on Eid- ul-Fitr

Doda : On the directions of Commissioner, FDA, J&K, and District Administration Doda, the Food Safety wing of Drugs & Food Control Organization Doda, in collaboration with the Department of Legal Metrology conducted intensive market checking across the District Doda on the eve of Eid-al- Fitr.
The team inspected mutton, chicken & poultry shops, Backers, Sweets & confectionery manufacturers, Nanwaies, Grocery, outlets of Vegetable & Fruits, Milk & milk products selling corners and kiryana establishments. They were directed to maintain high standards Hygiene, personal Hygiene & sanitation failing which stern action, under the relevant laws, would be taken against the Violators.
Meanwhile, the team, with the consent of FBOs, destroyed more than 100 KG rotten edibles including raw mutton, poultry, bakery products, perishable rotten & open/uncovered cutfruits, vegetables & milk found below standard quality and unfit for human consumption.
Moreover, 10 erring vendors were booked under sec. 56 & 58 of FSS Act.
The Business Operators were directed to sell the food products at the government fixed rates and don’t indulge in profiteering & hoarding.
The shopkeepers were asked to display the rate lists at prominent places in the shops and sell only safe, pure, quality, Hygienic & wholesome food & essential commodities to the Consumers & public in General.
The vendors were also asked to be part of the Eat Right India campaign and provide safe food to the end users.
