Jammu: Joint Director Agriculture (Farms), others superannuate Saturday

Jammu : Staff and officers of Directorate of Agriculture, Jammu accorded warm and affectionate farewell to Joint Director of Agriculture (Farms/SLUB) Jammu, Rajinder Kumar Sharma and Section Officer from the office of JD (SLUB), VeenaKumari. The two retired after rendering service for more than 38 years to the department.
Director Agriculture Production & FW Jammu, K.K Sharma, speaking on the occasion, wished the retirees prosperous post retirement life. He lauded their valuable and exemplary services for welfare of the farming community.
Joint Director Agriculture (Inputs), AS Reen; Joint Director (Apiculture & Mushroom), RK Hitaishi; Programme officer, Sanjay Dhar and others also wished the retirees happy and prosperous life ahead. The retiring officers also shared their experiences from their service period.
Well wishes were also extended to the retiring officials of other districts on the occasion.
Mementos were presented to the retirees during the farewell programme on behalf of the department. SCA (I&P), Sandeep Dogra conducted the proceedings of the programme and presented the vote of thanks.
Meanwhile, in another function held at Directorate of Command Area Development, Jammu, fare well was accorded to Rajinder Kumar Mathu District Level Subject Matter, Samba HQ Jammu who retired Saturday after rendering the service for 36 years.
