Kupwara : The Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Kupwara, GhulamNabi Bhat who is also the Adjudicating Officer Wednesday imposed a fine of Rs.13,000 on 3 erring shopkeepers for different violations under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006.
The erring shopkeepers have been asked to maintain proper hygiene and avoid selling substandard items and have been warned about strict action including seizure of their shops in case they are found guilty.
