Kupwara : Director Rural Development Department(RDD) Kashmir, Tariq Ahmad Zargar Wednesday visited Gulgam the home village of Sarpanch, Fayaz Ahmad Bhat and Gugloosa the home village of RTC Driver Abdul Qayoom who died in tragic road accident at Pattan while returning on April 25th from the National PanchayatDiwas event organized at Pali Jammu.
Zargar met the family members of the deceased and expressed his sympathies and solidarity with them in their hour of grief.
ACD, Kupwara, ACP Kupwara, BDO Qadirabad and other officers and officials of RDD also accompanied the Director and prayed for eternal peace and Jannah to the departed soul and strength to the family members to bear the irreparable loss.
