DC Shopian visits DH Shopian

Shopian : The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Shopian, Sachin Kumar Vaishya Monday visited District Hospital (DH) Shopian to take stock of the facilities and services being provided to the patients.
During the visit, the DC also enquired about the well-being of the patients admitted in various wards of the hospital whileinspecting various wards including Emergency, Gynae, Surgical and other wards and OPD section.
During the detailed tour of the hospital, He interacted with the patients and enquired about the healthcare facilities being provided in the hospital to the public.
He emphasised upon the medical staff present to work with dedication and great zeal and zest and leave no stone unturned in providing better healthcare facilities to the patients visiting the premier healthcare centre of the district. He alsostressed upon all to exhibit highest levels of compassion and kindness while treating the patients.
The DC was accompanied by Chief Medical Officer, Shopian Superintendent, DHS, Shopian, Tehsildar Shopian, Doctors and other health functionaries of the hospital.
