Srinagar, Jammu: Jammu & Kashmir Government in it’s daily covid bulletin on Monday said that 14 fresh positive cases of novel Coronavirus (COVID-19)including 07 from Jammu division and 07 from Kashmir division reported in last 24 hours raised the total number of positive cases to 454004. It however said that as no new covid death was reported in last 24 hours from anywhere in Jammu & Kashmir the J&K’s overall covid death toll stayed at 4750.
Government in it’s covid bulletin also said that 17more COVID-19 patients have recovered and been discharged from various hospitals, including 03 from Jammu division and 14 from Kashmir division, stating therein further that no new case of Mucormycosis has been reported Monday, thus the total number of confirmed casesremains51 across J&K.
On COVID vaccination, the bulletin informs that 26,243doses of COVID vaccine have been administered in the last 24 hours bringing the cumulative number of doses administered across J&K to 2,25,98,939.
According to the daily Media Bulletin on novel Corona virus (Covid-19), out of 454004 positive cases, 50are Active Positive (36in Jammu Division and 14 in Kashmir Division), 449203 have recovered and 4751 have died; 2328 in Jammu division and 2423 in Kashmir division.
The Bulletin further said that out of 24906967 test results available, 454004 samples have tested positive and 24452963 samples have been tested as negative till date. Besides, 15,464 COVID tests have been conducted in last 24 hours.
Till date 6443768 persons have been enlisted for observation which included 28831persons in home quarantine including facilities operated by government, 50in isolation and 497128 in home surveillance. Besides, 5913008 persons have completed their surveillance period.
Providing district-wise breakup for positive cases for Monday, the Bulletin informs that Jammu reported 07 fresh cases, Srinagar and Baramulla reported 02 fresh cases each and Budgam reported 03 fresh cases while as no other district across Jammu and Kashmir reported any fresh case.
The bulletin informs that in case of any help, the general public can call J&K Centralised Health Helpline- Toll Free No. 104. In case of emergency, people can avail free ambulance services 24×7 by calling toll free number 108 while as pregnant women and sick infants can avail free services by dialling toll free number 102, the bulletin reads.
It also informs that the public can reach national helpline by dialling 1075.
