Ramban : Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Ramban Monday organized interactive sessions with Youth Club & Self Help Groups and students under the aegis of Gram Swaraj Month campaign.
On the occasion door to door campaign on Swach Gram Mission was conducted to encourage the people to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in their localities.
The PRIs along with officers from Rural Development and other line departments besides the general public participated in the activities across different panchayats.
During the interaction session various issues pertaining to development of rural areas were discussed besides conducting plantation and cleanliness drives.
Meanwhile, the officers of Rural Development and other line departments conducted awareness programmes attended the Block Health Mela at Ukhral.
