DC Samba holds meeting to review Summer Preparedness

Samba: To review the departmental Preparedness and discussion action plan on the summer season, Deputy Commissioner Samba Anuradha Gupta, convened a meeting of district officers and elected representatives here at Conference Hall, DC office Samba.
During the separate meetings of Sarpanches, Panches, Municipal Councils President, Counselors and District Development Councils Members with District Administration Samba a host of issues, discussions and resolution were deliberated upon besides action plan formulated for mitigating the issues with an immediate, effective and efficient response.
Among others District Development Council Chairman KeshavDutt, Vice Chairman DDC Balwan Singh, BDC Chairman Vijay tagotra, Additional District Development Commissioner Rajinder Singh, ADC Suram Chand Sharma, Executive Engineers from PDD PWD, PHE and others officers Sarpanches, Panches DDC members, BDC members and other were present.
Deputy Commissioner taking cognizance of the issues raised, setup a Control Room for immediate addressing of issues raised. DC directed Executive Engineers to keep field functionaries to provide hassle free power supply drinking water and other basic amenities.
