Kupwara|April, 16: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kupwara, Imam Din Saturday visited the home of fire victims at Moghalpora Kupwara in which 9 persons got injured in a fire incident due to gas cylinder blast.
On the occasion, the DC expressed grief over the fire incident and extended sympathy with the families of the fire victims.
The DC provided an immediate cash relief of Rs.5000 each to 3 severely injured persons under District Red Cross Fund. Besides, food packages, blankets and other essential stuff were also provided to the affected family.
He assured the recovery of the injured persons in the incident.
