University Polytechnic BGSBU organises Interactive Session

Awantipora : University Polytechnic, Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University Rajouri organised an interactive session. Students , faculty members and non teaching staff participated in the event. Vice Chancellor BGSBU Prof. Akbar Masood congratulated the University Polytechnic for organising the event. Prof. Akbar said that the University Polytechnic has state-of-the-art infrastructure comprising specious lecture theaters, conference halls, workshops, library and well- equipped laboratories. Prof. Akbar said that the University Polytechnic aims at creating an enabling environment to train innovative, capable and highly motivated manpower.
Prof. Iqbal Parwez Dean Academic Affairs BGSBU, who was the chief guest on the occasion said that instructional excellence, committed faculty and dedicated students will make the University Polytechnic a premiere resource for educating the technological pioneers of tomorrow. Prof Iqbal Parwez also hailed Principal Secretary to Govt. Dr. Asghar Hassan Samoon for his commendable efforts in improving the standard of the Skill Development Department . Dean School of Engineering and Technology, Prof. Asif Husain in his address emphasized on the need of skilled workforce all across the globe. He encouraged the students for choosing technical courses for the prosperous future.
Principal University Polytechnic Er. Malik Mubasher Hassan expressed his gratitude to the invited guests and participants. He stressed the students to utilise their time the best way to achieve the desired goals in their lives. Er. Shivender Mehta, Lecturer Electrical engineering presented the well come address. Mr. Showkat Maqbool Faculty of Civil Engineering proposed the vote of thanks. Ms. Monika Mitter conducted the proceedings of the event.
