Ramban : The market checking squad Tuesday recovered Rs 8100 fine and seized 10 KG polythene from erring traders here in Ramban Township.
The team led by the Chief Executive Officer, Vishwajeetand officials of pollution control department, conducted the market checking in Main Bazaar Ramban and inspected business establishments at Bus stand, Baoli Bazar, Cafeteria Morh, Masjid Market and Upper Bazaar. The team also sensitized the shopkeepers especially milk & milk product sellers, meat & chicken sellers, and vegetable & fruit vendors about extant rules and regulations.
The checking squad also realized a fine of Rs. 8100 from erring traders and seized 10 Kg polythene.
