GDC Kathua organises Exposure visit for students

Kathua : The students of Functional English, Semester-III of Government Degree College, Kathua Monday visited Take One JK Media Kathua as part of their course.
The visit was coordinated by Head, the Department of English Dr.SeemaMalpotra and Teacher-in-charge Prof.ShivaniKotwal who accompanied the students during the visit.
The students got an opportunity to interact with the employees and to understand the functioning of the unit at different levels of the media house. They were detailed about the whole process starting from reporting, editing and all elements required for final broadcast.
Owner of the Take One JK Media Kathua, Ravinder Singh Slathia, shared his experiences with the students and Uttiran (Reporter) also briefed and guided the students about career prospects in the media field.
The visit was quite successful as participating students expressed their joy as this has helped them to know about the Media house working which they termed as contributors in reshaping their future of learning.
