DC Ramban interacts with young entrepreneurs, Sensitises them about New Industrial Policy

Ramban : Deputy Commissioner, Ramban, Mussarat Islam Monday interacted with budding entrepreneurs of the District to encourage them to avail benefits of the New Industrial Policy.
The Deputy Commissioner asked the young potential businessmen and entrepreneurs to start their manufacturing units to create job opportunities for the youth of the district.
While briefing the participants about different youth and job oriented schemes, the Deputy Commissioner informed them about a single-window system for taking all NOCs from different departments.
Discussing the establishment of an Industrial Estate in Ramban, the Deputy Commissioner asked the youth to get necessary registrations in advance for taking the benefits from the sanctioned Industrial estate. He also advised them to focus on Agro based production units to promote productions of agricultural and allied sectors.
Earlier, the General Manager, District Industrial Centre informed the meeting about targets achieved by the departments including DIC, KVIB and other concerned departments.
The Deputy Commissioner directed the General Manager, District Industrial Centre to provide handholding to all entrepreneurs for promoting their products to take maximum benefit for their production units.
Meanwhile, participants raised their queries regarding different schemes and concerned officers satisfied them with detailed response.
