DDC Poonch discusses annual action plan under Distt Capex Budget 2022-23

Poonch : The District Development Commissioner Poonch, InderJeet Saturdaychaired a meeting to review the authorization of District CAPEX Budget out of approved BE 2022-23.
At the outset, the Deputy Commissioner gave a detailed overview with regard to the preparation of the Capex Budget for the financial year 2022-23 as enshrined in the guidelines issued by the finance department. He also took stock of the status of ongoing works.
The Deputy Commissioner directed all the concerned district/ sectoral officers to submit the annual action plan under District Capex Budget 2022-23 in consultation with concerned PRIs, BDCs and DDCs as per the needs of their areas without further delay.
The Deputy Commissioner directed the Executive Engineer PWD (R&), REW, JPDCL, Jal Shakti and Ground water to submit the list of defaulter contractors to his office who have failed to complete the authorized work within stipulated time.
The chair directed all the concerned officers to complete the tendering process of all the works before April 25, 2022 and issue allotment orders by May 31, 2022.
The PWD(R&B), REW, JPDCL, Jal Shakti and Ground Water departments were further asked to submit the JE-wise work statement for the year 2022-23 to the DC office before April 25, 2022.
The chair directed the Executive Engineer REW to engage all 37 technical assistants for the preparation of estimates of the works taken up for the Year 2022-23.
The chair asked the concerned officer to seek the completion certificate from the concerned DDCs, BDCs, PRIs of all tendered works of district capex.
The meeting was attended by Additional District Development Commissioner, Abdul Sattar, Chief Planning Officer, MadanLal, Assistant Commissioner Development, AbidHussain Shah, CEO Tourism, Dr. Mohd. Tanveer, CEO Education, Abdul Majid, ACP, Shafiq Mir, AD Planning, M.A Khan, Xen PWD(R&B), Harvinder Singh, Xen JPDCL, IrshadHussain, Xen PHE, Rajesh Sethi, EO Municipality, MushtaqHussain, DYSSO, Mohd.Qasim, AD RDD and other concerned officers were present in the meeting.
