DC Kulgam reviews functioning of health deptt, Also reviews arrangements for Block Health melas

Kulgam : The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Dr.BilalMohi-Ud-Din Bhat Friday chaired a meeting of officers of health department and reviewed functioning of the department.
During the meeting, the DC stressed to provide best patient care services to the patients at all institutions.
Reviewing the arrangements for Block health melas, the DC instructed concerned to put in place all requisite arrangements to make these health melas successful.
It was informed in the meeting that Block health melas will be held in every health Block and during these melas Golden Card registrations, Blood donation camps, Health check-ups, TB screening and other activities will also be carried.
While reviewing progress made in registrations of golden sehat cards, the DC instructed the concerned to redouble efforts to ensure cent percent saturation of the beneficiaries.
Earlier, the DC took stock of present status of various developmental projects of health sector.
The meeting was attended by ADC, CPO, CMO, BMO’s and other officers from health department.
