Kulgam : The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Dr.Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat Monday visited Khudwani area and inspected the pace of progress on under-construction indoor sports stadium, here.
The DC on the occasion directed executing agency to speed up the pace of the work in order to ensure the completion of work on indoor stadium within stipulated time.
It was informed that the indoor stadium is being constructed at an estimated cost of Rs 4 crore.
Later, the DC also inspected various sites/places where administration has launched massive anti encroachment drives.
The DC was accompanied by ADC, ACR, DIO, DYSSO, Tehsildar Qaimoo and other officers.
