DC releases College Tarana of GDC Kishtwar

Kishtwar: Government Degree College Kishtwar Friday released its Tarana here at a simple but impressive function with Deputy Commissioner, Ashok Sharma as the Chief Guest.
The Tarana, written and directed by Prof.Tariq Tamkeen, conveys the message of communal harmony and showcases the scenic beauty of Kishtwar and its surroundings.
Assistant Commissioner Revenue Akhter Hussain Qazi & Principal Government Degree College Prof. Anirudh Sharma, besides College faculty Dr Athar Hussain, Prof .Faisal Mushtaq, Prof. Romana Kamal, Prof.Sarita Parihar, Prof. M.M.Mattu, Prof. Swami Raj, NCC incharge Prof Madhu Bala, NSS incharge Prof.Sonika, Prof.Ajay ,Prof. Sushil and a large number of students were also present.
Principal GDC Kishtwar Prof Anirudh Sharma appreciated the work of Prof. Tariq Tamkeen in motivating the famous singers of J&K for this “College Tarana” which promotes the principles of communal harmony besides the scenic beauty of Kishtwar and surrounding area.
