DC flags in donated Ambulance, launches Swachhta Pakhwada at District Hospital Kishtwar

Kishtwar: Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar, Ashok Kumar Sharma Friday flagged in a donated Ambulance here at District Hospital Kishtwar in presence of DDC Member, Zakir Hussain Butt, Chief Medical Officer Dr R S Manhas, Medical Superintendent, Dr Parveez Iqbal Wani besides other members of medical fraternity.
The Ambulance has been donated by Zakir Hussain Butt, Member DDC Kishtwar and was dedicated to Public Friday.
In a simple inaugural function hosted by District Hospital authorities, the DDC Member handed over the keys of the new Ambulance to Dr. Parvez Iqbal Wani, Medical Superintendent.
Meanwhile, Deputy Commissioner also kick started the fortnightly Swachhta Pakhwada (Swachhta Abhiyan ) in the District Hospital.
Besides, he also took stock of the position of ongoing work of 100 bedded extension ward. He directed the executing agency to gear up the pace of work and complete it in stipulated time to benefit the patients.
