Doda admin resolves bottleneck hampering construction of road to Village Rewara

Work resumed after one year; Villagers hail move

Doda : Construction of road to Village Rewara by Rural Development Department – held up for the last one year due to some local issues, was resumed Monday after the Revenue department resolved the bottlenecks.
The proposed road will provide a vital link as it connects to Panchayat Ghar, High School, Health Dispensary and shall benefit more than 400 souls.
On the directions of Deputy Commissioner, Vikas Sharma and under the supervision of Tehsildar Doda Shabir Ahmed Malik, a team of Revenue department headed by Naib Tehsildar Pranoo, Mohammad Aasim resolved the issues with the local people and the construction was resumed providing much relief to the people of the area.
People of the village Rewara appreciated the timely intervention and efforts of the administration in restarting the execution of the road, which shall definitely bring progressive change in their lives.
Rajouri : Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal Monday met with road accident victims at GMC&AH.
It is pertinent to mention here that 56 persons were injured and one died when a passenger bus met with an accident at Dwatta area of Qila Darhal.
While interacting with the accident victims, the DC assured every possible help from the District Administration in this tough time.
He directed the hospital administration to provide best Medicare facilities to the injured and hoped for their early recovery.
