Reasi : Deputy Commissioner Reasi, Babila Rakwal, Friday lauded Non Government Organisations(NGO)for supplementing the public welfare measures of the Government.
She was speaking at the 11th Foundation Day function of a local NGO Youth Brigade Welfare society Reasi.
The DC Reasiappealed to the NGOs to keep on corroborating the governmental efforts for the uplift of the down-trodden and specially abled people to make the social order equitable and justice oriented.
On the occasion, Wheel Chairs, Walking Sticks and Hearing Aids were distributed among specially abled persons of the district.
