Shopian : The Indian Red Cross Society J&K in-collaboration with District Red Cross Society Shopian Friday distributed 400 hygiene kits among the people of Tribal Community at Tragpathri and Gadawali Panchayat Halqa Zampathri, Tehsil Keller of Shopian.
The distribution was part of a programme to reach out to the marginalized section of society, the destitute and needy, living in far flung areas.
Indian Red Cross Society in recent times distributed food kits to needy living in far-flung areas, people whose daily earnings were affected due to Covid-19 pandemic and people living in pastures.
Meanwhile, the Indian Red Cross Society J&K will continue with its efforts to reach out to the poor, deserving and needy people to help them during any calamity.
