SSP Shopian flags-off a group of youth on Bharat darshan tour

Shopian : SSP Shopian flagged off a group of youth of district Shopian on ‘Bharat Darshan’ tour from DPL Shopian. The tour has been organised by Police in Shopian under the aegis of Civic Action Program (CAP).
According to a police statement issued on Thursday SSP Shopian while interacting with the youth wished them a happy and safe journey and advised them to avail the opportunity to enrich their knowledge by visiting historical places and other modern marvels of India.
Speaking on the occasion, he emphasised that the youth should move out, meet new people and see how beautiful and diverse our country is. He further added that the Bharat Darshan tour will help youth to develop a better understanding of the country at large and thus become responsible citizens.
The youth on Bharat Darshan tour will visit Delhi & Bangalore. The special part of tour is that the entire trip will be covered by air. ASP Shopian, Dy SP Hqrs Shopian, Dy SP DAR DPL Shopian & other officers of the district were present on the occasion.
