ADC Ramban inspects provision of civic amenities in Chanderkote schools

Ramban : Taking immediate action on the issues highlighted by the various PRIs during the Block Divas meeting, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Ramban, HarbansLal Sharma visited Government Primary School, Bass Mohalla and Government High School, Chanderkote to inspect the provision of civic amenities, including water supply in the twin institutions.
After inspecting provision of water supply and tanks, the ADC asked the Executive Engineer, Jal Shakti, Ramban to streamline the supply in both the institutions and adjoining areas. He also called for making adequate provision of water supply to langers during J&KAmar NathJiyatra 2022.
The ADC also interacted with the students and assessed the quality of education imparted in the school. He appreciated the teaching skills of teachers posted in Government Primary School, Bass Mohalla.
The teachers apprised the ADC about additional requirements of the school. The ADC assured the staff and locals that their genuine demands would be submitted to the Deputy Commissioner Ramban for early redressal.
Locals and PRIs thanked the District Administration for addressing their issues on the spot.
